From the beginning I was impressed with how organized and professional Randy and Jon were. In this weak economy with depressed prices and lots of buyer options, I wasn't very optimistic that I would be able to sell. Randy and Jon spelled the facts of the market out clearly - offered sound advice - and gave me confidence that they could get the job done. The professional photographer who came in to take the photos presented my condo like a showplace and it was advertised in the same manner. We had three offers within the first 24 hours. Randy again gave sound advice as to things I should consider when deciding which offer to accept. Through the entire process, my calls were answered almost immediately, the knowledge and guidance from Randy and Jon was honest and professional, and I felt they went extra lengths to ensure my needs and best interests were met. He worked great with technology, managing all this while I was traveling from Michigan to Brussels to London. I trust their expertise, from knowing technical legalities to understanding true market worth. They were both reliable, flexible, and incredibly responsive - without being overly aggressive.
